You can pay your rent online, at our office, or by mail. See the individual options below for more information.

Online
Scheduled and one-time payments made through your Tenant Portal. E-check is the lowest cost, and most popular, option.
If you have not yet set up your Tenant Portal for online payments, please contact our office for instructions.
Drop-off
Drop off a check or money order at our office. Please use our 24/7 drop box to the left of our front door. Our office located at:

Online Payment Fees: Please be aware that there are fees associated with paying your rent through the Tenant Portal. These fees are charged by the payment processor and do not go to the property owner or to us. Currently the fees are: E-Check ($2.49 per transaction), Debit Card ($9.99 per transaction), and Credit Card (3.49% of transaction total).
Online Payment Autopay: For your security, we are not able to access or change your autopay information, including payment amount. If there is ever a change in rent amount, you move out, switch bank accounts, or change payment methods you will need to login to your tenant portal to make changes to your autopay. When making changes, please make sure all tenants in your household have updated the information in their tenant portals to avoid duplicate payments or other problems.
You can request a new password by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the Tenant Portal sign in page.
An online payment that has been submitted can not reversed. Once the payment clears our account we will issue you a refund by check. Please Contact Us to let us know about the payment made in error.
Yes, as we are not able to edit your autopay details. You can cancel your autopay on the payments tab of the Tenant Portal.
